Media Requirement & Submission
- All files must be submitted in digital format - high resolution PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG or working files.
- Freehand 9 or Illustrator 9 files including all linked files and pathed texts; burnt on CD or transmitted over the internet (Email or FTP).
- Films are no longer accepted as we are now working with Computer-To-Plate printing technology.
- All artwork must be in CMYK colours.
- All artwork must be in colour.
- Materials can be submitted via email or CD to the Marketing & Communications Department.
- Artwork files smaller than 4MB can be emailed to the Marketing & Communications Department at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Instructions For Loose Insertions
Please deliver a hard copy of the insert before the 8th of each preceding month to:
