Media Requirement & Submission

Material Requirements

  • All files must be submitted in digital format - high resolution PDF, EPS, TIFF, JPEG or working files.
  • Freehand 9 or Illustrator 9 files including all linked files and pathed texts; burnt on CD or transmitted over the internet (Email or FTP).
  • Films are no longer accepted as we are now working with Computer-To-Plate printing technology.
  • All artwork must be in CMYK colours.
  • All artwork must be in colour.

Material Submission

  • Materials can be submitted via email or CD to the Marketing & Communications Department.
  • Artwork files smaller than 4MB can be emailed to the Marketing & Communications Department at crystal.ng@tanglin-club.org.sg.
  • Artwork files larger than 4MB must be sent directly to The Tanglin Club, 5 Stevens Road, Singapore 257814 (Attn: Marketing & Communications Department).

Instructions For Loose Insertions

Please deliver a hard copy of the insert before the 8th of each preceding month to:
