Join us for an exquisite dinner with carefully selected wine pairings, hosted by Mr Christophe Bichot, who is the 6th generation of the Bichot family.

The Bichot family has been based in Burgundy since 1350. In 1831, Albert Bichot founded the Maison and it is still an independent family company for 6 generations. Today, the company owns more than 100 hectares of vineyards in Chablis, the Côte de Nuits, the Côte de Beaune and the Côte Chalonnaise. In addition to its own vineyards, the house, following its logic of quality control, sources grapes to produce its negoce wines and therefore vinifies the majority of the village appellations and the totality of the Premiers and Grands Crus sold all over the world.

Albert Bichot has been awarded ‘Red Winemaker of the Year’ in 2004 and 2017, and ‘White Winemaker of the Year’ in 2011 by the International Wine Challenge. Maison Albert Bichot wines are currently featured in Singapore Airlines First Class and Business Class cabins.

About the Speaker

Mr Christophe Bichot, who is the 6th generation of the Bichot family, is passionate about spreading the history and culture of Burgundy wines around the world. He is currently the Asia Pacific director for Maison Albert Bichot and has travelled extensively in Asia.
