About the Speaker
Born and raised in Versailles where he spent his childhood in the Château's park and gardens, Edouard Cossy was ‘fed’ by the French “Art de Vivre”. Passionate in both Wine and Business, he decided to convert these two interests in his studies by graduating from the Burgundy Business School with a Master in International Business for Wine and Spirits. Back in Champagne since 2012, he is now Asia Pacific Export Director for Laurent-Perrier, one of the few family-owned champagne houses, based in Tours-sur-Marne since 1812.
