St Pauls – Alto Adige

Founded in 1907, St Pauls winery has been for generations focused on tradition, sustainability and top quality wines from Alto-Adige. Nicolis – Veneto

Established since 1951, the Nicolis family produces wine from their estate vineyards in San Pietro in Valpolicella (“valley of many cellars”) region in Italy. The birthplace of one of the most celebrated wines in the world – Amarone and Valpolicella “Ripasso”, Nicolis is helmed by its second generation.

 

Featuring Wine Speaker Giovanni Oliva

Founder of Ethica Wines, Giovanni Oliva is a strong advocate for quality boutique wine producers and strives to promote wines from Italy. For the past 20 years, Giovanni has been championing the wine brands he represents and spreading the wine gospel in Asia, in particular, Japan, Malaysia and Singapore.
