It’s going to be seafood galore in the Churchill Room in May, so if you love fresh cold water seafood, this is one buffet not to be missed. Churchill Room Chef Aaron and Chef de Tournant Felix will be bringing you an authentic Nordic dining experience that will please seafood lovers.

Churchill Room Chef Aaron

Prior to joining The Tanglin Club, Churchill Room Chef Aaron Wong honed his culinary skills in a 2-star Michelin restaurant in Germany and established restaurants in Resorts World Sentosa and Marina Bay Sands, namely Ocean Restaurant by Cat Cora and db Bistro & Oyster Bar.

Chef Felix, whose strengths lie in fine dining cuisine, has been awarded gold in many culinary competitions and often delights Members with his dishes.
