Experience the best of Germany's wine production from Riesling, long considered one of the world’s greatest white wines, to German Pinot Noir (Spätburgunder). Five German wines will be perfectly paired with fine Chinese cuisine prepared by Tang Yun Head Chef Raymond Chang and his team. During this delectable 6-course dinner, Wine Consultant Mr Benjamin Adam will be present to share more about these labels with you.

About the Speaker

Mr Benjamin Adam has been involved in the wine industry for the past decade, and has first-hand experience working as a winemaker alongside winemakers from France and around the world. Now based in Singapore as a wine consultant, Benjamin enjoys the cultural exchange over fine wines and food. He holds a Master degree in winemaking from the University of Toulouse, France and is a certified oenologist.
