The Billiards Section is one of the Club’s oldest sport sections with two immaculately maintained full size snooker tables and a billiard marker. The Section organises Club tournaments, Member events, friendly matches with other clubs and overseas trips to reciprocal clubs. The Section also represents the Club as a member of Cuesports Singapore and participates in the National Snooker League.

Club tournaments come in various formats, with many trophies to compete for throughout the year, including:

  • Club Snooker Championship (Concorde Trophy);
  • 3-Ball Billiards Handicap Championship (Joe O’Conner Trophy);
  • Volunteer Snooker Handicap Tournament (Francis Graham Trophy);
  • Doubles Snooker Handicap Tournament (Andy A. Webster Memorial Trophy); and
  • Snooker Handicap Tournaments (Ian Brasalin Trophy, John Wilks Trophy, Resolution Trophy).

  • Players of any standard are welcome to join the Billiards Section.

    Section Fee

    Adult Member: S$10.00 per Member per month

    Junior Member: S$5.00 per Member per month


    S$4.20 per hour per table

    S$6.30 per hour per table (if there is a guest playing)

    Friday to Saturday: 12 noon to 2.00am

    Rules & Regulations

    Household Members aged 16 years and above are allowed to play in the Billiards Room.

    Household Members aged 14 years and above but under 16 must be issued a Playing Certificate by the Senior Marker to participate.

    In exceptional circumstances, a Household Member below 14 years of age may be granted a Playing Certificate if approved by both the Billiards Sub-Committee and the Senior Marker.

    Household Members aged under 16 must be accompanied by an adult Member at all times.

    To apply for a Playing Certificate, please arrange a proficiency test with the Marker at the Billiards Room.
