Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 situation, the Terrace will need to be closed until further notice, with effect from 27 March 2020.

Dress Code

Tavern

Club Standard* applies.

Smart jeans and smart trainers or similar shoes are permitted.

Cut, frayed, torn jeans, sports attire and slippers/flip-flops are all not permitted.

 

Terrace

Club Standard* applies.

Jeans and smart trainers or similar shoes are permitted.

Collarless t-shirts (singlets excluded), hats or caps, shorts and military fatigues are permitted.

Cut, frayed, torn jeans, sports attire and slippers/flip-flops are all not permitted.

 

*Club Standard:

Gentlemen: 

Shirt (including polo t shirt) with collar, or safari jacket; trousers; with closed type shoes.

Socks must be worn in the Churchill Room.

Formal national attire of the wearer.

 

Ladies:

Dress, or skirt or trousers with suitable top or blouse; shoes.

Formal national attire of the wearer.

 

Children:

Boys: Shirt (including polo shirt) with collar; trousers or shorts: with closed type shoes.

Girls: Dress, or skirt or trousers or shorts with suitable top or blouse; shoes.

 

Cut, frayed, tattered or dirty items of dress; are not permitted in any part of the Club. No racist, anti-religious or offensive slogans or wordings allowed on any part of the attire.

Outdoor headgear shall not be worn within the main Clubhouse other than personal religious headgear and hats for ladies. The wearing of exposed braces is considered acceptable dress in all areas of the Club. Swimwear or wet exercise clothes are not allowed at all Food & Beverage Outlets excluding the outdoor dining area & Patio of the Wheelhouse Restaurant.

Bulky Sports equipment bags example golf, tennis, or squash racquet bags are not allowed in all Food & Beverage Outlets. They may be stored in lockers in the Changing Rooms or at the Main Reception.

 

Child Policy

Children above 14 years of age are allowed at the Tavern if accompanied by their parents/guardians.

 

Children of all ages will be allowed into the Terrace for dining on all days.

Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by their parents/guardians while dining at the Terrace.
