Terengganu, located on the east coast of Malaysia, boasts an exciting array of distinct flavours and culinary styles. This menu has been carefully crafted by our Team of Chefs who made a special trip to Terengganu to learn more about its cuisine and history.

Many dishes are a confluence of two or more of its ethnic make-up – Malay, Indian and Chinese – so look forward to a gastronomic adventure of unique flavours in the Churchill Room!
