Victoria, Australia’s first vineyard was planted at Yering Station in 1838. After changing hands several times throughout the early-to-mid 1900s, Yering Station was purchased by the Rathbone family, lovers of wine, in 1996.


The Rathbone family’s vision for the property has led to major accomplishments including winning the ‘International Winemaker of the Year’ at the highly established International Wine and Spirit Competition, London 2004, and the property being inducted into the Australian Tourism Awards ‘Hall of Fame’ in 2006.

Featuring Guest Speaker Annie Lundin

As Asia Pacific & Middle East Export Manager of Rathbone Wine Group, Annie Lundin represents the family wineries. She has over 30 years’ experience in the Food and Wine Industry, having lived in several countries, including five years in the Greek Islands as a Restaurateur, and nine years in Beijing working as a Sommelier and Food & Beverage Manager for the Shangri-la Group before working with ASC Fine Wines as Director of Sales. Her role with the Rathbone Wine Group has her travelling throughout the Asia Pacific Region and Middle East, and flying back to Melbourne on a regular basis so she can work closely with the wine making team.
